Cabbage from Asia with crunchy white stems and dark green leaves. The taste is quite neutral, slightly spicy, with a fine texture. You can cook or steam this mini version in its entirety. Can also be used in soup or Thai curry. Due to its fine size, the mini bok choy (or mini bok choy) looks very nice in the presentation on the plate.
